If you’re interested in being a vendor at our flea market, we’d love to hear from you!

Download and fill out our printable March Flea Market Entry Form (PDF), and mail it to us with your payment.

Fees: $20 per table or 8-foot space (2.44m).

Payment: Cheques payable to Union Bay Community Club. No post-dated cheques.

Setup: 8:00am March 14, 2020. All items must be removed from the hall at 1:00pm.

Halloween Thursday Oct 31, 2024. Fireworks at 7:30 pm – one of the best shows in the valley! In-vehicle viewing at the boat ramp parking lot.

Remembrance Day service in the main hall. Lest we forget. Monday, November 11, 2024 from 10:45am to 1pm.

Christmas is just around the corner! Load up on baked goodies, home made crafts and so much more. Sunday, November 24, 2024 from 10am to 3pm.
