Hall Rentals

The community club facilities including its Main Hall, the Dining Room, the Kitchen, the field, and the concession booth may be rented for public events and for personal gatherings.
To book our Facility or for any Rental inquiries, please e-mail rentals@ubcc.ca
- Once your date request is approved.
- A Non Refundable $100 Rental deposit to secure your rental date. This deposit will go towards your final payment.
- Deposit/Payment should be sent by e-transfer to treasurer@ubcc.ca with your Name and Rental date in the notes.
- You will be sent a Rental contract to sign.
- Final payment is required 30 days prior to your event.
- Documents (Insurance, Special Permit for Liquor, etc) are required 2 weeks prior to your event.
- Please note that a Cleaning fee and Refundable Damage deposit will be added to your event rental fee. See our rental FAQs document for cleaning fee estimates.

Renters are responsible for following Provincial Health Orders.
Rental Facilities
Main Hall
Great for weddings, family reunions, and big meetings. Capacity 200.
Dining Room & Kitchen
The dining room and kitchen may be added to support your Main Hall event or rented separately. Capacity 60.
Outside Field Area
A ball field along with viewing stands, picnic tables, and a children’s playground.
Concession Booth
Give your ball tournament the “ball game feel” by offering hot dogs and burgers.
