Contact forms
If you fill out a contact form on our site, it will be provided to the UBCC member responsible for handling that contact. It may be shared with other board members only if relevant.
eCommerce
If you use our online shopping functionality, your personal information will be collected for the purposes of completing the transaction. You may optionally store your credit card details. Information is relayed to our payment processing gateway Stripe, which also stores your information.
Mailing List
If you opt to join our mailing list, your information is stored only in our account at MailChimp, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Analytics
We collect anonymized information about website visitors in Google Analytics, in order to help us understand usage of this website.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
